Hello! We had a great time in this condo. Like the pictures show it was very spacious and well stocked.
Some things that didn’t really matter to us, but might to someone else…
1. It’s a bit more rundown than the pictures show. There’s chips in the paint in certain spots, the bathtub ran brown water the first couple seconds it was on the first time (my guess is the unit been sitting for a bit unused, the fridge had a couple stains. Nothing major or that led me to believe it wasn’t actually clean. Everything was comfortable, clean, and functional.
2. If you use the laundry just be aware the app will only allow you to refill at $10 or above, so since a wash and dry is 3.50 you’re .50 short at the end. Lol.
3. The cleaning crew walked through the door at 11:01 without knocking because they thought our check out was 10, so assumed we were gone. Our time was 11, we double checked, so that was a bit jarring, but they waited the few minutes til we could actually exit. After writing this when I went to leave the review AirBnb website says 10am, but the book in the room says 11am. So we may have followed the wrong information , but it was the info physically in the room. 🙂
4. The sheets are very stiff- not soft. So if you’re sensitive to materials maybe bring your own. 🙂
5. Something not at all related to the owners of the unit, but an fyi for the area – Walmart will not deliver here. Even if you speak to a real person they can not override the system to create an order. So we ordered groceries from Safeway. There’s a 30 day free trial for the fresh pass grocery delivery 🙂
The location was amazing, the amenities all worked well and there as everything we’d want for cooking or cleaning. They provided an umbrella for rain and beach chairs. There are big windows and a nice balcony so fresh air was plentiful.
We really enjoyed our stay 🙂
