I stayed here for one week.
VIEW: The view on the 38th floor was amazing. You can see Diamond Head from the left and the ocean in the center. You can also see a birds eye view of the pool, hot tub, grill, and the busy streets of Waikiki. The city lights at night were beautiful as well. The photos in the ad did not do the view justice, and it completely exceeded our expectations.
LOCATION: We were very close in proximity to everything in Waikiki! The beach was only a 4-5 min walk. I suggest making a reservation at DECK or Tiki’s bar & grill. Both restaurants have great food and amazing views and were practically right downstairs from the Airbnb.
PARKING: Parking was clutch. We never had to worry about parking at the condo, we always found a parking spot right next to the elevator which was super convenient.
CONS: My husband and I stayed for 7 nights but they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel each (6 towels total for 2 people for 7 nights). Considering the fact we were going to the beach, hiking, swimming in the pool, and showering 2x daily, it was not nearly enough towels for 7 nights. Luckily they did warn us of this before we left, so we made sure to pack 6 extra towels with us in our luggage. They said we could just do laundry for the towels, but no one wants to do that. In the past, I have stayed at other Airbnb’s in the snowy mountains (where you do not typically go swimming) and have been given way more towels than this Airbnb gave me.
Regardless of that one thing, I still rate my experience a 5/5 star experience. I would stay again and recommend to others!
