I usually don’t like dealing with property management and would prefer to rent directly from owners. But this place was everything that we were looking for for our quick trip to HI. This is probably the most responsive and friendliest property management group we have ever dealt with. Even on weekends, someone always responds fast.
The place is clean and just as described. The only issue we had was the last day before our departure, a unit that sounded like above us started construction in the morning. This was annoying but not the owner or property manager’s fault.. we are glad we we were starting the day early and that happened to our last day or it wouldn’t be pleasant to deal with if it had been the whole time. We did inform them of what’s going on and they were super responsive, but again nothing could be done to mitigate the construction.
