If you desire a flawless, seamless, smooth and delightful experience renting an Air B&B in Hawaii(Oahu), then I highly recommend using Midway Realty. They represent some top notch, well maintained, updated units, and I was very pleased with mine at the Waikiki Banyan. In coordinating a complicated and stressful trip to Oahu from S.E. Asia, Pascal was bar none very responsive to my inquiries and needs, and went above and beyond with alternatives, given my dates, and longer length of stay (30 days +) and our time difference. I do not use Air B&B much, but after making contact with the team at Midway Realty and Pascal, , my doubts of having any issues went away very quickly, and I knew I was in good hands with a professional management company. So it was only them I would book with. I decided not to book at hotel which I usually prefer. After a very long trip from Bangkok back to Hawaii, many cancelled flights and such, I was so pleased to have a smooth check in, that was well communicated to me from Midway Realty before I arrived. As well, the little grocery store on the 1st floor was so convenient at the Waikiki Banyan, and I really like the location and open feel of the lobby area. The condo I was in was on 18th floor was also very updated, clean, had a comfortable bed! and a newer A/C in the unit, that really kept the condo cool and comfortable. What a great view from the large patio, of the beautiful green mountains and the blue ocean! There was also a book in the condo, , which explained everything to me regarding the wi-fi, parking pass and other pertinent information about the building and places to eat and such. I trust this company, and will book from them again, especially after traveling half way around the world to get to Hawaii. There are many “hosts” here to pick from regarding renting Air B&B units in Hawaii, but only a few as professional, sincere, and transparent as the team at Midway Realty. Thanks again Pascal for all your help in getting me situated and booked for Hawaii, and thank your team for me as well. I will book again for sure, and maybe for you Maui unit soon! hopefully Thanks again and take care.
