It’s functional

Good location and quiet. Some aspects are dated but otherwise it’s clean and comfortable which is all you can ask for really. Plenty of pots and pans, dishware, large fridge and even a rice cooker. Parking lot is safe. The large kitchen island is a great place to gather, or work, or eat.

There are a few non deal-breaking cons which mostly have to do with the building. There are only 4 elevators that service the 30+ story tower and one was down for our entire 6 night stay, and additional one went down for one day. Factor that in when trying to check out when everyone else is trying to do so. It took 15 minutes for us to get an elevator that would fit one of us with luggage, 40 minutes total to get everyone down and into the car.

The building across the way has two really bright lights on every floor that will shine into the condo, even with the shades closed. Didn’t bother us, might bother others. There are some videos showing how annoying those lights are.

Bathroom is small. Like, really small, but at least the sink is on the outside.

If you’re out and about all day, you might not find this place worth it, but if you bring food back to eat in, have to work and are generally planning to stay in a lot, it’s perfect.
