Literally 1min walk to the beach. A cheap surf rent

Literally 1min walk to the beach. A cheap surf rent is also available nearby. Just above the famous misubi place, a coffe truck with amazing coffees, and all the restaurants. Spacious, clean, great the balcony too. They also left some equipment for the beach to use: chairs, umbrella and the cooler bag.
We had a problem with hot water for a couple of nights during our stay. While the host couldn’t directly fix it (it was a problem affecting a couple of floors of the building) they offered a partial refund of the affected nights. While we understood the issue was out of their control, we appreciated the gesture and the responsiveness of the host. Also the staff working in the building have been so kind.
Overall we had a good experience and would go back
