Located near waikiki beach but far enough from the very loud downtown area where it is more quiet, but still only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Building is old but the unit itself looks much newer and well kept. Nice pool and hot tubs. Elevators are definitely a problem but fortunately this unit is on the 10th floor, and we often parked on the 5th floor of the parking garage (parking included is a huge plus in this area) so stairs were an option during busier hours. Included beach chairs and towels. If you are looking to stay in Waikiki, this is probably the best deal you can get with this location and amenities. Great communication with rental management company.
