Our stay was great, good location and parking!

Checking in was a breeze. We pulled up to the building, went up to room, used the code for the door grabbed fob and parking pass for garage and went to park. the fob is used to get into the building/elevators from the parking garage. There is no assigned parking so you can park where you want. The building was nice, and was not noisy at al. The beds were comfortable and the pull out sofa was very comfortable as well, had memory foam mattress. The kitchen had pretty much everything needed to cook. salt pepper and cooking spray was on hand as well. we were pleased to see that 2 beach chairs were included in the unit. upon arrival we immediately notice the bathroom sink wasn’t draining. before i could even reach out to host about it i got a text from the management company midway and they were alerting me and asking if a maintenance person would come fix it. it was almost 5 and they didn’t make it that day but came the next morning and it was fixed. communication was excellent which i really appreciated. The pool area was nice and clean however it can get windy since its on the 6th floor, pool is not deal maybe 5.5 feet at the deepest shallow end great for little ones. maybe a 5 min walk to the beach. Overall our stay was wonderful I was traveling with 3 kids 16, 17 & 18 years old and they all had a blast and no complaints. I would not hesitate to book this same unit again.
Nothing awful at all but there were only a few things missing that would improve this unit and future guests may need to be aware of: first being there were no metal grill tools for the outdoor grills kitchen only has plastic, we never could get the wifi to work which wasn’t a huge deal for us so i didn’t bother contacting host about it but may be to some and would want to confirm it is working, and the other thing was the ice maker never worked we had to stay on top of the ice trays to have ice. These things were in no way a deal breaker nor meant to be negative but felt like Owner or management company need to know as they can make this even better unit to book. .
