Perfect place to stay for our first visit to the island. It was walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and everything else you could need. Available parking in the lot. Can be confusing the first time you park but easy to use after. Just be mindful of the signs and which tower you are parked in. Apartment is clean and neat. beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Apartment is conveniently located near the elevators. laundry room on same floor but we did not use it. There is also a nice outdoor seating area on the 6th floor if you are interested.
