The apartment was as described, very clean and simple (which is nice!). Great communication with the property management team on a few minor issues and questions (all addressed and fixed ASAP). Included parking was very convenient, and compared to the high cost at other properties, was the reason we chose this property. Kitchen was perfect for simple meals and coffee which helped with the high cost of food on the island. Great to be away from the major resorts yet close enough in walking distance to the restaurants, beach and other major attractions. Also close to diamond head so an adventurous person could walk there if so desired.
One negative mentioned in another review was the fire alarm. After talking with others in the building, it’s a regular occurrence so be aware and be ready to descend a lot of stairs! Although the return to the building was mostly efficient.
Overall, should I need to stay in Waikiki again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!
