The location is convenient and easy to access the beach. The building itself is not very new, sometimes need to wait quite a long to get the elevator. The reception team was always nice and helpful.
The studio itself is smaller than it looks on photos, but it’s very bright and clean, large windows lookout straight to south, so there is always shiny and sun inside, especially its nice to wake up with a sunshine in the morning . The interior is nice and stylish, because it was recently remodeled. I felt like almost home. You also have coin laundry in the building and beach chairs on the lanai (which we didn’t use). Laundry access is not nice, because it’s located in parking lot and dirty. Other than that everything was great.
