The place was just as described. We chose it for the free parking and the table that could accommodate four of us.
It was convenient to have the trash chute and laundry room right next to our unit.
On the downside, there was some noise from the street at night, with cars and pedestrians passing by. Recommend to use white noise app.
We only used the pool on the sixth floor once. Just a heads up, there’s no lifeguard on duty, so keep an eye on your kids.
When I got to the beach, I found one of the beach chairs broken, but they replaced it promptly.
Overall, it was nice stay. I would recommend this place to friends.
