This apartment is on the top floor, 38th, and the building complex and it’s used and managed by several different companies. Lots of tenants utilize the elevators, which means it sometimes takes time to get from 38 to 1 or vice versa. The views are great and everything works. The bathtub has one of those silly half glass partitions, which means you have to be careful while showering to keep from spraying water outside the “enclosure.” Overall a bit pricey, but close to a good value.
