This is a wonderful room for a couple or a small family. The view is stupendous, with large windows and a balcony looking out over Diamond Head, eastern Waikiki and the blue Pacific. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pots and pans, washing materials, extra garbage bags, and plenty of silverware and knives. There is no dining table, but there is a very nice counter with comfortable bar chairs. But who wants to spend much time in the room when there’s incredible restaurants minutes away by stroll or by car? The owners communicated on-time and comprehensibly on check-in procedures and parking (which sounded complicated but was quite easy in fact). They provided some nice touches, like local candies on arrival, and we were surprised to see that they also provided a nice cooler, beach towels and beach chairs w/umbrella for the beach, which is only one block away. And a wonderful beach it is. You can’t ask for more for a short vacation than this beautiful and well-located and reasonably priced small apartment. Aloha!
