This place fit all my needs–close to the beach, shopping, restaurants–plus the parking spot was a huge bonus. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and supplies were very nice–in fact, the oven looked brand new and even had an air fryer setting, an extremely nice appliance for a rental.
I only had issues with slow elevators a couple of times. Most of the time I didn’t have to wait long. The only other “problem” was navigating my arrival. When you pull in to the front of the Banyan, there are signs everywhere saying that parked cars will be towed. The desk explained to me to just go around the corner to the garage entrance and park there to run up to the room and get a parking pass.
Overall, a great place to stay. The little extras (like beach chairs, beach towels, laundry basket, nice kitchen) really made this a great find.
