This place is convenient, on the top floor with high ceilings, and has everything you need to get started vacationing. The city/mountain view is very nice. It’s good to note that the building is old and definitely shows it’s age. The pictures make the condo look newly remodeled and I’m sure it was, at some point, but the floor is uneven and finishing touches don’t feel complete yet. Decor /paint is drab but none of that takes away from the fact the place is great with three real beds. Even the pull-out couch queen isn’t terrible: it’s thin enough to feel the supports but is comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.
The parking spot – that alone is SO worth an extra star. You’ve gotta have a rental car and will NEED a spot (it is not assigned but there was always one to be found even if on levels 4 or 5).
The Banyan staff is also great – front desk was very helpful and Darius in security helped me when I locked myself out of the laundry room (also wonderful to have available).
