This unit was really nice. The building itself is a bit dated, but this unit has been remodeled nicely. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The shower head and water pressure was awesome. The kitchen had enough tools to make simple meals. Laundry room was right next door, which we appreciated. This unit is on the 30th floor but the elevator was quick and not an issue. Parking was easy and free. Great views of the beach and ocean. (Beach is about 2 blocks away.) There are windows everywhere that open enough for great air circulation and there is a great air conditioner that kept the room comfortable. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony every morning. Beautiful!
