This was our second visit to Waikiki. The location was great and we had a nice view. Midway vacations was very responsive to any issues we had. They communicated very quickly and were friendly. We had a couple of small minor issues in our unit and they attended to them right away. The only downsides to our unit were the elevators – very busy and slow, sometimes one would be out of service which worsened the situation, and the unit was smaller than it appeared in pictures. However, we adjusted to both.
