Thumbs up for Mountain View condo

8 th floor corner condo is high enough up for a view. We prefer not riding the elevator to higher floor while it makes numerous stops. Sunrise is visible from lanai, as it comes up over the back of Diamond Head. Everything worked in the condo. Laundry and trash room are across the hall; not a problem, it’s convenient. We like the location near Kapiolani Park, & easy walk to beach. We have stayed in a number of units in the Banyan. Some are not well taken care of or updated and it’s kinda hard to know from the online description. We would like to stay in this condo again .
