Very clean and looks exactly as the pictures. Incredible view. Comfortable beds. Starter supplies were perfect! We were not visiting as tourists so can’t comment from that angle, but can confirm the location is walking distance to beach and a variety of restaurants. I can see how light sleepers would have trouble with the AC, but it worked great and wasn’t a noise issue for any of us.
