We had 4 adults staying at this place for 6 nights.
Positives: great views from 29th floor, unit location close to laundry and trash room. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Free parking. We found 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs and cooler in the unit. Unit was clean.
Negatives. AC unit located in a living room, is pretty loud that the person sleeping on a couch had to use ear plugs. In order to keep temp in a bedroom cooler, AC has to run littler colder which makes person on a couch too cold. Extra blankets were provided on our request. Only 4 bath towels were provided initially, they brought 4 more on our request but its really not enough for 6 day stay for 4 adults. It would be nice for company to provide laundry detergent so guests wouldn’t have to worry about that while on vacation. It is an older building and elevators were slow and always busy, but higher floor views were worth it. Fire alarm went off couple times, its a long walk from 29th floor downstairs
