We stayed for a week, and this unit was priced pretty comparably to off-beach name-brand hotels nearby… but the BEAUTIFUL 37th floor views and extra living space made this a much greater value. The process for parking and getting inside the unit was very easy and just as described. The host was proactive in giving us advanced notice about some maintenance that would be going on in the building while we were there. All the expected supplies were available and helpful (beach towels, chairs, kitchen necessities, etc.). The ceiling fans and AC unit provided options for keeping the temperature at a comfortable level. It’s truly just 2 blocks from the beach, with many restaurant options in short walking distance too. The only (very minor) negative may be that there aren’t a lot of accessible power outlets in the bedroom near the beds for plugging in devices at night, etc. — not a huge deal, just mentioning it so people can plan ahead. We had a lovely stay and would gladly stay again!
