We were very happy with this property. Location was great and we liked that a door lock with PIN Code meant no need to carry a key / card around. We also liked that the photo’s in the listing were photo’s of the actual property we were renting, not just “representitive” pics of similar rooms that are often used on other sites.
The place was clean and tidy & had everything we needed / expected – was a nice surprise to find the beach chairs on the balcony.
The staff at ground floor reception were pleasant & helpful plus available 24/7. We didn’t use the pool / spa on the roof because the beach was a better option and we didn’t use the carpark facilities because although USD35 per 24hrs is reasonable by Waikiki standards, we found a similar option not that far away for USD15. We had no need to contact the hosts before, during or after our stay.
Would definitely stay here again.
