Wonderful

We really enjoyed several aspects of our stay. The view from the lanai was wonderful — we could see the beach and the cityscape of Waikiki, which added a special touch to our experience.
The kitchen was well-equipped, with a variety of frying pans and pots in different sizes, making cooking easy and enjoyable. Appliances like the microwave, toaster, and dishwasher were also user-friendly and worked perfectly.
In the living room, we appreciated having access to children’s TV programs. Our kids especially loved watching Go! Dog! Go!, which kept them entertained.
The bathroom was stocked with shampoo and other essentials, and the ventilation fan was working well, which was a nice feature.
The beds were very comfortable, and our children had a great time playing with the many pillows provided.
Unfortunately, the pool was completely unavailable due to renovation work, which was quite disappointing. Our children had really enjoyed the pool during our stay last year and were looking forward to using it again this time, so it was a letdown for them.
Additionally, the washing machine and dryer on the floor where we stayed were not in good condition. The washing machine was out of order and couldn’t be used at all. As for the dryer, we paid $3 through the mobile app, but it didn’t start, which was frustrating.
