Property was as stated and easy to book. Enjoyed our stay for our honeymoon

Our stay went wonderful. There was a number to text if anything was wrong or for any questions/needs and they responded right away. My family and I was happy with everything provided and beds were very comfy. We will be returning! Mahalo to all that helped make our stay one less thing to worry about.

This is my first choice of accommodation when I return to Hawaii. Parking was a breeze!

For a family of 5 staying in Hawaii, this place was perfect. It was safe, clean, well-decorated and it had (in our room) a beautiful ocean view from our lanai and the bedroom. Having a kitchen with a stove, microwave and large refrigerator were essential for us and they all worked great. Our room also had
- fast (300mb) free Wi-Fi
- a portable fan which we used every night
- small but effective AC unit
- large lanai
- beach chairs! Very useful
- a fold out bed in the living room. Not super comfortable, but great for our 2 teen boys
- I was worried about the elevators as we were on the 34th floor, but they had 4, fast, working elevators and we rarely had to wait longer than 2 or 3 minutes going up or down
-protected, ample parking with easy access to the elevators
- 5-10 minute walk to the beach
-outdoor bbq which we used - $2 an hour to use but well worth it
- the pool looked clean and inviting but never used it
- really thorough and easy to understand check-in and check-out instructions on the DACK app (free app)

I read a lot of reviews about Bayan before booking and, for us at least, there was no construction noise, fire alarms or water shut-offs. A couple of the numbers on our door room number were worn off and the hall carpets looked like they were from the 70’s, but other than that the whole place, especially our room and the open lobby, with a coy pond, were all beautiful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Exceeded all expectations!

Would highly recommend this property

This condo was perfect for our family’s Honolulu vacation. Check-in was easy. The location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and several shops/restaurants. Our son loved the pool/playground area. The bed was comfortable, as was the sleeper sofa.
I really appreciate that the rental came with a parking spot. This allowed us to rent a car and tour the island. I would stay at this property again!

This was our first time to Waikiki and we were so happy we stayed here. The condo was just as described in the listing, and the view is absolutely amazing!! The beach, shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance so the location was perfect!

Perfect location and beautiful condo

This place is absolutely wonderful we had 5 people staying here and had more than enough space for everyone. The view from the 22nd floor is absolutely stunning as well.

This unit was cute and clean. It was a little smaller than I imagined but not cramped by any means. The views of the ocean and Diamond Head were spectacular. Great views of the morning sun peeking up, and a nice location to be able to walk to most places without a car. We rented a car and benefited from the free parking and get away to less crowded beaches. Wonderful trip. I would use Midway again!! <3

We enjoyed the unit very much! It is everything as described.
The unit is at the end of the hallway and very close to the laundry and trash rooms. It was very quiet and didn't hear anyone else in other units. Having the parking space was so convenient and there was plenty of parking. Walking distance to everything one would need. We would rent this again.

We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan several times. Once again, it was great.

This property was wonderful. Close to everything! Walking distance to beach, stores and restaurants. Great views of the ocean and diamond head. Waiting for the elevators is a little annoying but not bad. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 adult kids). The location was fantastic just a block and 1/2 from the ocean. The A/C worked great - only issue was it rattled and made a decent account of noise. We would def stay there again.

The location is great. The condo was very clean. My only recommendation is to get rid of the carpet.

Enjoyed our stay

VERY good location, near the beaches, shopping and lots of dining options. This comer unit on 16th floor has a breeze going through it is you open the windows. Only ran the small window a/c located in the living room at night so we can close the windows. May get warmer in the middle of summer…
Garage is expensive 30$/night and spaces are narrow but
