The entire process was simple and easy. We were high enough to see the sunrises. The unit had a well stocked kitchen (small appliances, cups, bowls, plates, etc). The beds were comfy. The shower head powerful and the internet was fast!! We had to work a few days and I was able to download / upload huge files and Zoom meetings were flawless. The A/C was also powerful. This unit also had no buildings in front of it and the views were amazing. I would rent this unit again!!

The profile for this condo is exactly what it looks like. Great location, spacious 1 bedroom condo. Everything is there that you would need. Great food trucks around the corner for your culinary delight.

We walked in and the place looked even better than the picture! From the balcony, you can see even more of the ocean than is seen. Everything was clean and very comfortable with the exception of the couch. It had seen better days. The room was very quiet. We didn't hear another guest the whole week we were there. They had everything there we needed to get us started for the week. They even had 2 fancy beach chairs on the balcony for us to use which was much needed and greatly appreciated. The location was great! Just a quick walk 1 block from the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking was ample and easy. The pool and jacuzzi were nice but seemed rather small for such a large place. It was difficult to get a turn in the jacuzzi due to this. Overall, we had a fantastic time! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Place is as advertised. The location is ideal. Garage can get full and spaces are tight. This was a minor nuisance for us with our rental van, however it did not detract from our ability to provide a 5-star rating. Great stay.

Good time

My husband & I stayed at the Waikiki Banyon T1 room 2912. Had a slight delay in getting into the room but it was resolved pretty quickly. The room was updated & had everything you needed including beach chairs! The view from the balcony was great & it was really nice to enjoy in the evenings and watch the city light up! The location was walking distance to the beach, restaurants & parks! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean but old. Could use update with new carpets and painting. The bed and pull-out couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and the refrigerator and oven were full-sized. I'm not sure what the cleaning fee covered. There was no cleaning of the room or laundry.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed the hotter and pool, and the convenience of the cafe downstairs. The condo worked well for us. It was nice to be in easy walking distance of the beach and the park/aquarium. It's about a mile to Safeway. The AC worked. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean. Communication with the manager was easy.

The only drawback of the property was that you sometimes had to wait a while for the elevator. While we stayed one of the elevators was out of order which made this standout more than it normally would.

The building was convenient to Waikiki beach and getting on the highway. Quiet neighborhood. Great view of the sunrise.

the lanai has a view of the grounds and ocean. it was lovely. some of the amenities we didn't expect, but was appreciated...such as the collapsible cooler with ice pack. it was our first time using this type of accommodation. it will not be our last.

I loved this property. Nice kitchen and the amenities were great! I loved the bright and clean condo!

This property is in a great location!!! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It’s always so nice to have a balcony to eat breakfast on. Added bonus was the beach chairs that we could take to the beach! Would absolutely stay here again! Also, parking comes with the room: can’t beat that!

This condo was our base camp while touring the island. We traveled all over and by the evening we needed a comfortable place to sleep. The beds were great! There was ac! The kitchen has basic appliances and dining ware but nothing extra. It was just the right place for us. Thanks again.

Midway Vacations (property management company) was easy to communicate with so if we had any problems or questions they took care of them right away. The room had great views and was very comfortable. They provided a parking pass (not all places do) to the garage as well as a key to the garage which was appreciated! It was wonderful to have a kitchen to use - full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave. It's a nice, leisurely five-minute walk to the beach so we liked that the provided a couple of beach chairs. After running around all day it was a nice place to return to for rest and relaxation. Wr'd stay there again!

To start, if coming from the airport, good luck. Due to traffic it took forever to get to the condo. However, once we got to the room, all our troubles were gone. The room looks exactly like the pictures, it’s high above the traffic noise and close to everything. If I could give this condo 10 stars I would. The lower floors have trouble getting elevators, but we never had that problem. The coffee shop on-site is great and we felt safe. The parking garage ceiling is VERY low so remember that if you’re renting a car.

We loved our stay here, the view and apartment are perfect. Parking is a real plus and it feels so homely inside. We cannot wait to come back!

This was an excellent value. Location couldn’t be better. I love the wraparound patio. 23rd floor I was the perfect spot.
The best poke in town was across the street.
You absolutely do not need a car. The bus systems here are amazing!

This was our third time staying at the Banyon, but the first at this particular unit. I do believe we have found our go to selection. The unit was exactly as described both in its amenities and its location. Hoping to rebook soon.
