We extremely enjoyed our stay wish it was longer! Coming back next year. However, the room was not cleaned when we checked in and we never got the instructions to check in... stuff happens ! We truly loved our stay and the people there and the manager on propert was awesome

We enjoyed our stay at this 37th floor condo in the Waikiki Banyan. It is just the right size for a family of four, and it has all the basic amenities and is very clean. It was a short walking distance to most of the attractions that Waikiki Beach has to offer. We rented a car for the week so we could explore the rest of the island, so the free parking was a big plus for us. Our boys enjoyed the heated swimming pool, and there was ample room on the pool deck to spread out. The little store on the ground floor has all the basic supplies you might need, but there are also several ABC stores, a Starbucks, and fast-food restaurants within a 5-minute walk. We also enjoyed the wonderful view of Diamond Head and the ocean from the windows and balcony!

We had a blast! We love Oahu and due to Covid had put this vacation off a couple of times. It was long overdue. We would definitely stay in this property again. Property management was excellent to work with and could not do better on location for the price!

Other than the construction on the floor everything was great!

This rental was perfect for my month of working remotely. The listing describes the place perfectly. All new decor, very clean and just as cute in person. The building staff & security were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - 2 blocks to the beach. The rooftop pool has gorgeous 360 views of Waikiki, Diamond Head and rest of Honolulu. Great restaurants within walking distance, including a great grab and go poke spot in the building and another across the street. I will definitely stay here during my next trip back to Waikiki :)

This property worked out great for me and my teenage children. There was plenty of room for four people. It was a convenient walk to everything and the on-site parking was invaluable. The views were wonderful and the elevators were fast.

This unit was nice. We appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items. The ease of access to Waikiki and the parking is a plus.

My suggestion is for a clock and a dustpan to use for sweeping.

The location was amazing. It was close to the beaches, restaurants, ABC Stores, etc. The property was clean. I really enjoyed being able to utilize the kitchen.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we wanted. The patio had a great view of the beach and pool deck.
We did not use the pool area but it looked clean and well maintained.
We were within a few minutes walk of the beach, great restaurants and many retail stores on Waikiki.

We enjoyed the location, everything was with in walking distance, the beach (Waikiki) was 2 short blocks. Ala Moana was maybe 5 minutes by car. We would stay there again.

The booking process was easy and efficient. Great communication from management company. Condo adequately stocked to make meals in. Parking on site is awesome (parking does have height limit). I had a Jeep and it was fine. Great place!

Great place to stay!

We love Hawaii and this property is in a great place close to everything I wanted to go do. I would only suggest to get a kids channel for younger crew but the internet was amazing and he was happy with a tablet ;) The high level was great for the view but the high floor is also a wait to get an elevator.

Had a very cozy stay. Condo was very clean easy to check into. Beds are comfortable. Comes with basic amenities. Can walk to beach restaurants stores. We used Uber to get out easy to pick up from condo. Would recommend!!!

The rental property was perfect for my family. We had enough space for everyone and The condo was very clean and updated. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, zoo, International Market, and to walk Waikiki strip. We felt that the location was safe for families.

The only problems we had was the construction noise in the morning that really woke you up in the morning and getting an elevator to go down especially from floor 30. Longest we waited for an elevator was 15 minutes.

There were nights where we had to park on the Tower 2 side because Tower 1 was full. The upside is parking comes with the condo rental which was perfect so you don't have to worry about finding parking somewhere else and paying fees every night.

Besides those issues we would stay here again and recommend to our family and friends.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 weeks to visit my mother who is in an assisted living facility. We usually stay with friends, but because of COVID, thought best to get our own place. Great location, especially for my 28 yr old daughter who loved the easy walk to the beaches (Kaimana her favorite). And I loved my daily walks around Kapiolani Park or Diamond Head. Generous amenities, because of length of stay, appreciated the easy to use W/D with a cool app so no coins needed. I would strongly recommend the host include a bath mat/towel as the floor is extremely slippery stepping out of shower (we put down the extra hand towel). Again because of extra stay, I used the vacuum--host may want to check it as suction not very strong. There was a broom/dust pan which we used. I am a bit of a clean freak! The free parking is awesome and so glad we stuck with our compact car when offered a free upgrade at Dollar! We will stay at a Midway Rental again--especially the higher floors like the one we had. Appreciate the "return renters discount" offer.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was really nice, clean, and homey. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. The location is great. Walking distance to Waikiki beach, restaurants, Honolulu Zoo, and other nice park areas. I rented a car and which was great to visit other parts of the island. It said beach towels are provided, but we did not have any. I did not contact the property manager about it because I had packed our own. Also, the bath towels are more like hand towels, but they still did the job!

Really good place to stay.. everything provided was cool.. didn’t need to bring much for personal use..

The condo worked well for our family visit to Oahu. Waikiki Beach was a short walk away and it was great to have parking included and a kitchen where we could make meals.

Cute and cozy condo! Perfect for a girls trip, shopping, great food, coffee, and I can't forget relaxation.
