The property had the prettiest view. It was very clean and the whole place just had a very peaceful vibe. Perfect place for a staycation!

The property and room were amazing but what I want to talk about is Phillip this white dove that slowly trusted me more and more feeding him from my hand was magical and I really think I made a friend. Quarantine would have been terribly boring if I had not made this little animal friend. I really hope the next guest at this room can keep feeding Phillip because he comes by daily expecting oats and fish. Mahalo!!

Beside having trouble getting into the room. Everything was super awesome, with the best view ever, night and day. A really nice place to get away from home.

It was gorgeous and everything we needed was provided for basic living essentials, such as pots, pans, etc. Beds were also super comfy and clean! Gorgeous place and super close to beach!

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfectly located, great rate, and great size for our use. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for my quarantine and then some upon arriving in Oahu. The apartment was easy to get into, had beautiful views to keep me occupied from the lanai. IT was easy to order groceries and it had all the appliances I needed to make meals. I would highly recommend it!

This is a nice one bedroom unit close to the beach with an ocean view. It has a nice kitchen and good TV and has a lanai with an ocean view. There is a coin laundry next door to the unit. The management company was great to work with. I would highly recommend.

The apartment decor and furnishings made this apartment feel large and luxurious but the ocean view was amazing. During the 14 day quarantine e that we were here we gazed out the beautiful windows and ate on the lanai. The lanai was large enough to do my morning yoga! We ate our meals on the lanai as well. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with every appliance and cookware needed to cook meals.
I would have appreciated more bath towels and kitchen towels.
The management company was very responsive and helpful. I would rent this place again

This was my first trip to beautiful Hawaii and the Waikiki Banyan came from a recommendation from a good friend. The check-in process was as easy as they come, the condo was as beautiful as advertised and is easily within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The 37th floor penthouse condo had a glorious view of Diamondhead and the Pacific Ocean and I will gladly stay again when returning. 5 stars!!!

The customer service was outstanding, Christian really helped us with anything we needed and he didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we had about the property. We had originally booked a place at a different date but were able to sort things out the day we checked in. I would love to stay at this unit again, amazing ocean view, full kitchen, and just a walk to the beach.........we’ll see you again soon Waikiki!

They were nothing short or amazing to work with. Especially since we started as a 1 bedroom, then they managed to find us a Rental property that has 2 bedrooms, plus with the headaches of COVID and allowing us to reschedule. This is our second time booking with them and even though we had to postpone, I highly recommend booking with them with any of their properties

The location of this room is amazing. Right in the heart of waikiki and close to the beach and all restaurants. The unit is spotless and very well taken care of Though it is a 1 bedroom, the layout of the apartment makes it feel bigger than it is. I recommend this listing

We stayed here for a couple weeks and the unit was great! Spacious, cute, clean, and when I needed to extend, they were very accommodating and responded quickly! Plus, just a block from the beach and laundry on each floor. The fact that parking was included is a huge plus. Thank you for having us!

It was a wonderful room according to the title. The view from the window is also wonderful. Clean and well kept. It was even more perfect with a phone.

We did a lot of research on this property (Waikiki Banyan) before we booked this particular unit. It is a corner unit on the 28th floor of the Waikiki Banyan. The views were great from the main room/lanai (ocean views with a few tall buildings in front). We also a good view of Diamond head through the decent sized kitchen window. The apartment was the ideal size for our small family of three and was generally well equipped. Perhaps more cleaning supplies could have been left for tenants. We were supposed to be there for 2 weeks. I wouldn't have minding cleaning the floors if we had the right equipment (no matter how hard we tried not to, we still managed to track in some sand into the unit). Overall though, the unit was quite clean when we checked in. An added bonus was that the laundry room was conveniently located next to our unit.
The Waikiki Banyan was a easy walk (5 to 10 mins) to the beach and perhaps 10 to 15 mins walk to most restaurants.
Unfortunately, we had to leave Hawaii abruptly 5 days earlier than intended due to the covid-19 fiasco. This apartment was ideal for our needs.
