We like and have stayed at the Banyan before. We particularly loved this unit. This property was excellent. Very nice views of the ocean, very clean, modern amenities. Next to the laundry. Highly recommend.

This property is located perfectly to walk all of Waikiki and fit 6 of us when we were ready to call it a night. Although the unit could use some updating, the air conditioning worked great, no resort fees and free parking definitely make this unit a practical solution for those families on a budget. I’m thankful for these places so that an affordable vacation can be possible for all. I would stay again.

it was very easy to get in and out of this location for family services and visit with family. I would defiantly stay here again.

Beautiful unit which is close to everything

This was a great place to stay for the money in Waikiki. Very much as described in the listing. The furnishings were a bit outdated, but it was comfortable and within walking distance to so many things. The parking garage was easy and the staff was polite. Easy in and out for a week in paradise!

Property was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly with the kids. Location and view were incredible. The apartment was very well stocked for the basics but could have used a few wash cloths, dish towels and children friendly dishes.

We loved it here - the place was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The location was perfect, steps away from Waikiki beach and from the bus line.

Check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

The place is great, does have everything you need and then some. Facilities are good. The mini mart workers are VERY RUDE but that isn't the condo owners fault. I will not shop there for anything ever again. But the room, view, amenities etc are just right. We will stay again!

Location, unit and amenities were all fantastic.

Condo is well stocked in the kitchen and with beach toys.

As another reviewer mentioned, things don’t dry out completely in Hawaii, so the towels smell a bit sour even after washing. Also of note, for those with kids, there are no toys/inflatables/snorkels allowed in the pool (and these rules are enforced).

Other than that a really great stay and a great condo.

Just a great place to be. Pleasant balcony in the afternoon. Very clean. Well kept. Very responsive and friendly management staff.

Property was great butt don't let car rental companies stick you with a big suv as parking spaces are not made for this type of vehicle parking is very handy just not for bigger vehicles

Overall experience was really good. Nice property with great views of the mountains and Diamond Head. My only complaint is the air conditioner. It is extremely loud and it rattles. I also would suggest the owners get a beach umbrella for the unit. It came with nice beach chairs but we had to buy a beach umbrella which we had to leave because we couldn't take that back with us.

This room provides a lot for those looking for a great value in the Waikiki area. This room was in a centrally located near beaches, parks, and great food. The room was as expected and offered a lot of in room amenities and a cool shared space with a large pool and two hot tub options. Communication with property manager was really great. We enjoyed our stay!

We visited Waikiki for the first time. It was a very pleasant stay. The chairs and boogie boards were much appreciated. This property is a short walk to the beach as well as many great restaurants. The staff on site were extremely professional. The building is well maintained. The room, although small, accommodated all of our needs. We had no need for ac during our stay but there is a wall unit if needed. The staff at the property management are extremely kind and very personable.

Excellent location, wonderful access to parking, a place we will recommend to stay again without a doubt!!!
