The condo is nice. Great location. I think it needs to be painted but overall nice condo.

Third time staying at Banyon, each time a different unit. 1804 was clean and bright and nicely appointed. The location at South end of Waikiki is ideal. You miss the massive crowds but all of Waikiki is within easy walking distance. Nice coffee shop in the building. No dishwasher in 1804. Needs better reading lighting.

Super convenient, clean, comfortable, ocean view studio. Clean and bright with well stocked kitchenette. Perfect for our short stay in Waikiki!

We are very happy that we had chosen Waikiki Sunset and this unit for our month long stay. The building is well maintained and the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze. I really enjoyed our Mountain view from the balcony. The unit is very quiet and stays cool all day. The location was perfect, two blocks from the beach. Walking around was easy with so many restaurants and shops nearby. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this rental. I will be coming back to this unit next year.

Everything was exactly what we were hoping for and then some. The rental company was quick to answer questions and very helpful. The place was perfect and came with added perks you won’t find at a hotel; umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler, and a little surf boars for the beach. Appliances are high end and furniture was comfortable. Location is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything in Waikiki. I would highly recommend this property and felt it is so much more worth your money then the hotels in the area.

Would definitely stay at Waikiki Banyon again.

Everything was seamless with no issues! Condo was clean and a block from the beach and all the shopping. They provided me with a pack n play as soon as requested and also responded to all emails very quickly.

We were very pleased with the condo. Exactly like the pictures. Well stocked. Worked well for the four of us. Emails were responded to promptly. Close to the beach (one long block) and very close to bus stop. Would definitely rent again

Very clean and updated unit. Excellent location. Beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Great view from the rooftop pool area. Overall building needs some updating. Otherwise, a great winter getaway!

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The living room/bedroom area were recently updated/renovated, while the remainder was decently maintained.

The bed was very, very comfortable and soft, which we really appreciated. Free internet was very fast, with all major channels for TV programming. The kitchenette had a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc... fully equipped. Laundry room was right across the hall (coin operated, vending machine on ground floor for coins).

While you don't have a direct view of the beach, the views were fantastic, with the living room looking to the north (beautiful), and the kitchen having a mostly unobstructed view of Diamond Head (looks east). The apartment was quiet as well (I wake up easily).

There was ample free, unassigned parking which was very convenient for a rental car.

Some very minor, non issue quibbles would be that the water pressure in the shower was a little weak (but very adequate), the curtains didn't completely close in many areas (the draw string mechanism didn't work properly in the living room), and the air conditioner is a self contained unit which was a touch loud, but expected for the type of unit (not unusually loud).

Overall, a very nice property and would definitely recommend!

Great location, very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen had all the basics. Wifi was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Could use a deep clean and a refresh. Toilet and show plumbing could use some attention as the toilet doesn't always flush and the shower faucet is very difficult to turn on and off. Overall we would stay at this property again.

Have stayed at the previously as we love the location. This was by far the best condo that we have stayed in, modern with all the necessities.

This property is in an amazing location! It is 2 blocks off of Queens beach in Waikiki. Secure building with parking included is very much appreciated. This suite is also 1/2 block walk from a biki bike station which is also very convenient for getting around Waikiki. Most of downtown is also within a 15 min walk. Apartment is very well equipped with all the amenities needed to cook for yourself. Would definitely recommend or come back to this VRBO!

This apartment was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. There were lots of pots and pans and kitchen stuff. It would have been nice to have some containers for leftovers. It doesn't have a dishwasher (we knew this before we arrived) but one would be nice. We were 3 ladies and it was nice to have the bathroom separated with the sink outside the shower and toilet.

Warm and inviting 1 BR condo in Waikiki near Kalakaua avenue and the beach. Just 2 short blocks to the beach. Views from the 29th floor are spectacular: Kitchen has views of the beach, balcony patio with views of Diamond Head and the ocean. Very roomy for 2 persons. Kitchen has all you need for light breakfast, or even a dinner. Property manager is very responsive.

Great place to stay. One block from magical Waikiki Beach! Shower hardware and condition was only problem. Great eating places all around. Will definitely come back. Fix the shower!

The condo is perfect walking distance to the beach as well as all the shops and restaurants. The condo has a great view, all the amenities you’ll need, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit is just as advertised. Roomy unit, spacious deck, lots of beach goodies. Would stay here again.
