This was our first time staying at Ali'i Kai and it was wonderful. The condo was spacious and had everything you needed for your stay. The little walk down to the beach was great and the stores and grocery stores were all close by to walk to also. Can't wait to return to Maui and enjoy another stay at the Ali'i Kai.

Aloha- We were booked to stay at a hotel in Waikiki, part 2 of our trip to Oahu. I decided to look at condo rentals, and I am so happy we found this beautiful condo, located in the Waikiki Banyan. The condo is newly remodeled and spacious with wonderful furnishings, even a telescope in the living room. The beds, including the sofa bed were very comfortable. The Waikiki Banyan is convenient to the beach, and shopping. The booking process was convenient, and the manager answered our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Waikiki. Mahalo-

We had a great time in this rental. A great location, pool, beach, walk to shops and restaurants. Condo had everything we needed.

Could not be more pleased with our experience. This condo is in beautiful shape. You can't beat the location, just a short walk to pretty much everything Kihei has to offer (Kam I, II, III, especially all the Sea Turtles you discover). Not to mention, everyone we encountered and spoke with at the property was very nice and sociable. And to top it off, the weather stays at perfection - 83-85 and sunny almost every day :)

Our condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect size for a family of six. The location a block from the beach was perfect - parking was good too. The pool area on the 6th floor was a hit for us. This recently remodeled unit was decorated with a fun motif. We recommend this condo highly and would return easily.

Staying at the Waiohuli Beach Hale was a wonderful experience! It was clean, comfortable and in a great loaction. I was able to rent a pack and play for my little one to sleep in and it was waiting in the room when I arrived. My family and I looking forward to our next visit to Maui and we will defiantly be staying here again!

Everything was exactly as described and we encountered no troubles during our stay. The one very minor complaint would be that there were tiny sugar ants that would make appearances if you left food out, but it is the tropics so to be expected.

The condo had everything we needed both inside and out! Easy walking to restaurants, grocery store, massage, nail salon and beach! Sunsets are outstanding...although we could see from the lanai it was fun to wander to the beach and watch with others from the community. In talking to other guests this is a place they come to year after year. The condo was perfect! Air conditioning in the bedroom helped on those sticky, humid nights. Very clean and ready when we arrived. Thank you!!

Found the alii kai in great shape, everything the website advertised was spot on. Great location. Had a slight hiccup at the last minute with communication but wrinkles were smoothed so we could keep our only appointment: watching the sunset daily.

My sisters and I rented the Waiohuli Beach Hale condo in October 2016 and we were very comfortable. The mattresses were excellent, and everything worked perfect. This unit has a fabulous view of the ocean from the lanai so you can enjoy every sunset from there or a short walk to the beach itself. Several BBQs to use, the pool was clean and warm, and the grounds were neat and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen have been nicely remodeled. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. This was a great value for a beachfront rental and it was hard to leave!

The pictures are exactly as the condo looks. The pool is maybe a 2 minute walk and the beach is maybe a 3 minute walk. It's as if you have your own private beach area. The condo is equipped with everything that you need for cooking as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and an ice chest. There is a grocery store about a half block away so that is very convenient. The management company was wonderful to work with. The only downfall to the condo is that there are a/c units in the bedrooms but not in the remaining part of the condo so it got very hot in the rest of the condo during the day however it cooled down nicely in the evenings. We were not in the condo much during the day but to be getting ready in the 2nd bathroom was very hot. It was my husband and I plus another couple that stayed and we had plenty of privacy and room. We will definitely stay there again.

The only things that have disappointed me is that there was no such games: a body surfing, from kit snokling, the umbrella that was in the closet was broken and very little beach towel. : (( Many homeless people live in the area of ??the condo, even at the parking lot entrance. : ((( Few towel every day. Must wash regularly :( Air conditioning very bruillante: (((( You can see the sunset every day :))

The Ali'i Kai condo was very spacious for two people. The bathroom had been completely remodeled and updated. The balcony was nice for eating breakfast outside with ocean and mountain views.

We stayed 6 nights at this vacation rental and it was absolutely amazing. It was spotlesso, which is a major requirement for my wife. It was quiet and most days we had the pool to ourselves. Beach access was right on the other side of the pool. Thank you for making our time in Maui amazing!
