Had a great time in this condo. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach and to all restaurants and shops nearby. Parking free in this area is a remarkable thing, if you are staying for a couple of days. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area is very spacious. We were a family of 6 and at first, I was worried it would be cramped. It worked out pretty comfortably. The island doubled up as dining table and the kids sat on the bar stools and ate their breakfast etc. The laundry is coin operated and at the same floor so it was easy to do. The mini mart downstairs was convenient to get quick supplies. Overall, it worked out great. The corridors of the building are a little run down but the condo itself is very nicely furnished and equipped. The price is similar to Marriott next door but with all the amenities of home. That's a bargain, when you have a large family and the kitchen saves you from eating each meal out. I would stay here again if I came back.

We had an excellent experience. Thanks for the bedroom AC units. temps were high and muggy during our stay so sleep was comfortable. we would choose stay again in the future. The beach out front made for beautiful morning walks and viewing turtles. only recommendation would be provide more toilet paper for 4 adults staying for 2 weeks, Store and eateries close by.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! It was quiet, clean, close to a great beach and to all main South Kihei attractions. We really loved everything about our stay and look forward to come back soon. The manager is very responsive, easy to communicate and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic mountain views, rainbows almost every day. North East facing so doesn't get very hot during the day. Good size balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Good location, only few minutes walk to the beach. There's a mini-mart in the building in case you need some urgent shopping. We traveled with 2 kids, so it was good to have a fully equipped kitchen and being able to cook up a quick breakfast/lunch for them. Wouldn't mind having a dishwasher. For the novice travelers, lock box is actually at the door to the room, so when you first arrive just go straight through the hotel lobby to the lifts and all the way up to the 36th floor.

Our family was anticipating how fantastic it would be to stay in a newly renovated condo and we were not disappointed. Although the building was a little dated the condo was not. It was clean and and comfortable. Christian was a pleasure to deal with and made every effort to make our vacation a great one. Full size fridge was an asset. Saved some money by heading to Costco and stocking our fridge. Also having the laundry room down the hall was a plus. There would be only thing I would have done differently and the would be to bring a couple of dishcloths down with me to wipe down island and do dishes. Other than that we loved our stay!

We are from Oahu and I was on Maui doing business, but mixed with a little pleasure and this condo was perfect. Close to the beach, food, shopping, and very comfortable with all the feel of being in my own home.

Very beautiful apartment, all necessary available, however balcony for 4 persons somewhat small, very calmy, great plant, nice contacts to neighbour apartments, each evening 7 pm meeting to see sun downer at the beach, really recommendable, attractions, restaurants , shopping market near the plant. the picture in the descriptions shows the reality.

For my first time doing this, it was easy and absolutely loved the place, location, and the host. Christian was always there to answer any question I had via phone or email. I highly recommend them, the instruction was easy to fallow. Midway Realty LLC did a great job and my family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

This condo was clean, spacious and provided lots of amenities. We had a family of 6 (no kids, young adults) and we fit just fine. The kitchen had everything. I would definitely recommend this unit. The beach, shops and restaurants are all nearby.

This rental was perfect for our family. The location is 1.5 blocks from the beach. The closest beach is perfect for young kids. We stayed here with our three kids. It was great to have a full fridge and kitchen. The sliding wall is helpful once the kids are in bed so that my husband and I could spend time on the patio and not disturb them. The condo was clean and well kept. Close walking distance to shops, grocery store and restaurants. One of the coffee shops close by opens at 4:30am which is great for parents of jet lagged children! The pool is okay, definitely not a draw compared to the beaches. Nice to have a coffee shop and market store in the lobby of the building. In suite laundry would be nice but their is laundry on the floor. There were two fire drills when we were there which was annoying but I think it was due to a glitch with the security system (so not really avoidable).

This condo fit our needs very well. With one rental car, anyone left at the condo still had an ocean view and beach right there. The kitchen was well stocked. So nice seeing the ocean so well.
