This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei and offers garden, mountain, and partial ocean views. In addition, you will be within a very short walk to just about everything you need – high-end and local restaurants; shopping; a natural food store; and entertainment options. You are just steps away from the world-renowned trio of Kamaole Beaches I, II, and III, famous for their white sand & crystal-clear water, making it easy for you and yours to enjoy all the swimming and beach-based activities you desire. (“Kamaole Beach I” Is just across the street, and “Kamaole Beach II and III” are just a few minutes’ walk away).


This spacious 1-bedroom condo comes fully furnished and includes a gorgeous kitchen with brand-new upgraded appliances and is fully stocked with cooking and eating ware/utensils. There is a California-sized King Bed and a 12,000 BTU Split AC (Air Conditioner) in the primary bedroom, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for any accompanying children or friends on your travels. Additionally, you’ll find an assortment of linens, blankets, pillows, baths, and beach towels.


The beautifully tiled, large lanai (balcony) features a chaise longue, table, and multiple chairs where you can relax, listen to singing birds, and enjoy garden views, partial ocean view, and the mighty Haleakala volcano in the distance. Additionally, you’ll find beach chairs and a sun umbrella, securely stored on your lanai as well.


Our unit is very quiet and comfortable. You are close to the beach, but far enough away from S. Kihei road to be able to relax and experience the tranquility of the island’s vast beauty. This unit sports an 18,000 BTU split AC in the living room and a ceiling fan for your comfort. It is also well-positioned to take advantage of cool airflow through the unit as desired. Other amenities onsite include free high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a full-sized washer and dryer, an in-line water filter for drinking water, and an assortment of DVDs, games, and CDs.


As if all that wasn’t enough, the Kihei Ali´i Kai resort offers a dry sauna, full-sized gas grills, a Pickle Ball court, a pool/Jacuzzi combo, and a lending library! The resort has free parking and elevators, but please note this condo requires two sets of 6 stairs to enter.

HOW TO GET HERE:

From Kahului Airport, it’s about a 20-minute drive – Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM


Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


***Please note that after you take the elevator to your unit, there are a few steps on the stairs that you will need to navigate to reach your accommodation. This unit is not ADA-accessible.***


STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with – one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.


HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 


LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Please note, this condo accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (inclusive children), we cannot allow more people in this property.

Neighborly Conduct: You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.

No pets, no smoking (even on balcony / lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.

There are only 2 designated areas where smoking is allowed. House Rule Section III – Apartment uses Section C.

1ST VIOLATION: 250.00 WITH NO WARNING
2ND VIOLATION: 500.00 WITH NO WARNING

ADDITIONAL VIOLATIONS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE ASSOCIATION BOARD FOR AN ENHANCED FINE.


HOUSE RULE III, C
1. Smoking is prohibited at the KAK property complex, including in or on all common elements, apartments, and patios, and lanais; provided, that there shall be at least two (2) smoking areas on the common elements that do not unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of the apartments, as designated by the Board of Directors

2. The marked smoking areas are located in the rear of the upper parking lot and in the back of the lower parking lot beside the back gate.

3. Smoking means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated tobacco product or plant product, including but not limited to marijuana and medical marijuana, intended for inhalation in any manner or in any form, including the use of an electronic smoking device.

4. Electronic smoking device means any electronic product that can be used to aerosolize and deliver nicotine or other substances to the person inhaling from the device, including but not limited to an electronic cigarette, electronic cigar, hookah pipe, or hookah pen, or any cartridge or other component of the device or related product, whether or not sold

Only people listed on AirBnB listing allowed in unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events allowed in the unit or at the pool area. Minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.

Furnishings: Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

Please read all amenities carefully. Also house rules included in the unit. Please note the building has very good security cameras and any rule violations are caught by the building manager very easily if not in person but by camera. Any fee charged you are responsible for.

Pool area. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities of the hotel shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. Parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present on the recreation area.

Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.

Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF MANAGER, THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
