Our guests have exclusive and full access to the studio during the time of the reservation. Our guests have access to all the hotel amenities like pool, lobby, and BBQ.

This air-conditioned unit boasts an open and welcoming floor plan, complete with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. You’ll find a flat-screen TV, a reclining futon sofa, and a coffee table to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The lanai features a table and two chairs, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. We’ve got your connectivity needs covered with free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.


For your beach days, we’ve got you covered with beach essentials, including beach towels, 2 comfortable beach chairs, and a convenient cooler bag.


The hotel amenities are designed to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or enjoy a BBQ in the sundeck area. We also offer two snack machines (for a fee), two free ice machines, an ATM, a coin-operated laundromat, and a cozy lobby area where you can relax and unwind!

PARKING:

Please be aware that our unit is privately owned, and parking is limited, with priority given to hotel guests. Upon your arrival between 8 AM and 4 PM, Aloha Surf offers 2 hours of free parking. After that, a fee of $20 will apply. You’re welcome to park briefly in the driveway while you check with the front desk for availability. If a spot is open, simply register your vehicle (license plate, color, make, and model). Please also note that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After 4 PM, please return to the front desk to secure a nightly parking pass for $40. Remember that this fee covers only one night, and registration is required daily.  We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty and thank you for your understanding.

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM


Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with – one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.


HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 


LINENS & TOWELS: 

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are on the dresser. 


LAUNDRY ROOM:

The laundry facilities are conveniently situated in the basement and operate using credit cards. You can access the laundry area using the keycard provided inside the unit. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.


TRASH ROOM:

Trash chutes are located on each floor.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.


We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Please note that this condo accommodates a maximum of 3 persons (inclusive children), we cannot allow more people in this property.

House Rules:
Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately-owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner toward your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours. We, and our owners, work hard to make sure everyone has a GREAT vacation, and managing a fleet of “mini-hotels” is MUCH harder than you would think. If you can be kind to our vacation rental, it makes our lives SO much easier.

Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway Realty before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

All of our units are strictly non-smoking. That means all kinds. If there is any evidence (smell, items, etc) that indicates smoking, or illicit drug use, the primary renter will be liable for a $500 additional cleaning fee. Many of our guests have had severe allergies in the past to smoke.

Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.

Pool area. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities of the hotel shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. Parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present in the recreation area.

Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure. Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OVER THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THE MANAGER, THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
