The Ilikai Marina building will be undergoing exterior painting, waterproofing, and window sealing to keep everything looking great and well-maintained.


*Scheduled Work: Work on Stack 90, including this unit, is estimated to be scheduled from February 09, 2026, to March 20, 2026.

*Lanai/Balcony Access: The lanai will be temporarily closed during this period for everyone’s safety.

*Noise, Dust & Smells: Expect construction noise, dust, and occasional strong fumes from the painting and waterproofing between 8 AM – 4 PM on workdays.

*Please keep doors and windows closed and cover personal items inside to help minimize dust and smells.

The unit features a living room with a dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and the bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed. Your ideal getaway awaits!


All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to a shared laundry facility, which is located on the 8th floor and is coin-operated. Enjoy wireless high-speed internet at no extra charge, adding convenience to your delightful stay.

HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!


CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM


Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with – one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.


HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 


LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.


BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!


LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There is a laundry room on the 8th floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.


We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. House Rules

Additional: Please note that this condo accommodates a maximum of 3 persons (inclusive children), we cannot allow more people in this property.

House Rules:

Noise.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No occupant shall make or permit any disturbing noise in the building or interfere in any way with the rights, comfort, and convenience of other occupants. The volume of radios, TVs, stereos, telephones, and musical instruments shall be kept low. Noise shall be kept at a minimum when entering and leaving apartments, especially during late evening and early morning hours. Excessive noise shall be reported to Security for appropriate action.

Balconies.
Nothing may be hung on or from lanai railings, walls, or ceilings. No clothing or laundry may be hung so as to be visible to other occupants or by persons outside the building. No barbecuing is permitted on the balconies.

Common areas.
No shoes, sandals, laundry, toys, or other personal belongings shall be left in the corridors.

Animals.
No animal shall be permitted in the building without written authority from the Board of Directors. Feeding or watering of domestic or wild birds is strictly prohibited.

Smoking.
Smoking is prohibited in the condos, balconies, and all common elements of the building, including, but not limited to lobbies, hallways, corridors, stairways, and elevators. No cigarettes or other smoking materials shall be discarded in any common elements of the building.

Fireworks.
Fireworks, including sparklers, are prohibited on all portions of the premises, including the balconies, at all times. A fine of $500 will be imposed for each instance of using fireworks.

No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.

Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup.

Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.

Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF MANAGER, THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We are traveling with our two year old and found this rental to be great. First the location is amazing. It is really easy to cross over the bridge on floor 2 to The Modern Hotel and Illikai to walk down to the Hilton Lagoon. There is a terrace over the bridge open to public and bar which is great for outdoor eating and watching the sunset. Very easy walk into Waikiki downtown. The troller comes nearby (pink line). We also loved this spot because it is super close to our favorite park Ala Moana and the mall. We walked to Foodland and also to the playground just down from there Kolowalu Park. For the accommodations we were happy. We love having our own kitchen and a bedroom with a door that shuts. The lanai is not safe for a toddler so we never opened it, but that goes for almost any building in Waikiki. We spend our entire days outside anyway. Parking is super easy. We parked in the lot at the marina and street parking which is $1 per hour, which was significant cheaper.
