House Rules:
Noise.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No occupant shall make or permit any disturbing noise in the building or interfere in any way with the rights, comfort, and convenience of other occupants. The volume of radios, TVs, stereos, telephones, and musical instruments shall be kept low. Noise shall be kept at a minimum when entering and leaving apartments, especially during late evening and early morning hours. Excessive noise shall be reported to Security for appropriate action.
Balconies.
Nothing may be hung on or from lanai railings, walls, or ceilings. No clothing or laundry may be hung so as to be visible to other occupants or by persons outside the building. No barbecuing is permitted on the balconies.
Common areas.
No shoes, sandals, laundry, toys, or other personal belongings shall be left in the corridors.
Animals.
No animal shall be permitted in the building without written authority from the Board of Directors. Feeding or watering of domestic or wild birds is strictly prohibited.
Smoking.
Smoking is prohibited in the condos, balconies, and all common elements of the building, including, but not limited to lobbies, hallways, corridors, stairways, and elevators. No cigarettes or other smoking materials shall be discarded in any common elements of the building.
Fireworks.
Fireworks, including sparklers, are prohibited on all portions of the premises, including the balconies, at all times. A fine of $500 will be imposed for each instance of using fireworks.
No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup.
Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.
Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.
Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.
INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. Our hosts, Midway Vacations Team, were very responsive to our questions once we arrived. They were so kind and helpful. It was greatly appreciated. The amenities were perfect, I can’t think of anything that I would’ve needed that wasn’t already there. We really appreciated having the beach umbrella and chairs! The bedding and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. The view of the harbor, sunsets and lights from buildings lite up at night were spectacular. We even saw the migrating whales! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the busy street noise like in the main part of Waikiki but, we were still walking distance from great shopping and delicious restaurants. The Chart House downstairs was a wonderful bonus!Thank you for a wonderful place to stay, we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this place! Walking distance to the beautiful mall and Waikiki. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment in the area. The condo was extremely clean and the views are so beautiful.
Plus, if you stay during a weekend you can enjoy the fireworks. They are so cool! We didn’t know about them and Friday night we enjoyed them from inside the condo! They happen every Friday.

Beautifully renovated unit! Have stayed at the Ilikai Marina several times but the previous units were very dated and dingy. Great location and an easy walk to Waikīkī beach or Ala Moana mall. 35/night self parking available on site.

Clean, well renovated, great views, good parking. I would stay here again outside of the construction months. Listing was a little confusing on construction noise. It stated construction would start in February but there was massive noise in January. Usually wouldn’t mind but troubling for a 7 month old baby.
