Make no mistake: this is the vacation destination you’ve been waiting for! Just a brief 3-minute stroll from the inviting shores and crystalline waters of the world’s most renowned beaches, you’ll have the pleasure of basking in the sun, taking refreshing swims, exploring underwater treasures with snorkeling, riding the waves through surfing, and simply relaxing in one of the world’s most desirable locations.


For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned unit has an open floor plan with a kitchenette that is equipped with a mini-fridge, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The room has 1 queen-size bed, a pull-out sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV with cable. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The full bathroom comes with a bathtub & shower. Additionally, this unit has a step-out lanai (balcony) where you can enjoy the beautiful views! 


All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities located on the 3rd floor.  


Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed wireless internet. If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $35 per day (price is subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.


And here’s the icing on the cake: don’t forget to check out the stunning rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor, featuring a pool, a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub, and a rejuvenating sauna.

GENERAL INFORMATION


CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT: (FRONT DESK)

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM 

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM 


Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 


HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.


CHECKOUT CLEANING: 

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.

There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.


STARTER SUPPLIES: 

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with – one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. 

Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. 


LINENS & TOWELS: 

We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are on the dresser.


LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

Please note, this condo accommodates a maximum of 3 persons (inclusive children), we cannot allow more people in this property.

Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately-owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner toward your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours. We, and our owners, work hard to make sure everyone has a GREAT vacation, and managing a fleet of “mini-hotels” is MUCH harder than you would think. If you can be kind to our vacation rental, it makes our lives SO much easier.

Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway Realty before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.

Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.

Only 1 person can sleep on the sleeper sofa.

Pool area. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities of the hotel shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. Parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present in the recreation area.

Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.

Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OVER THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THE MANAGER, THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
