Just a 3-minute stroll brings you to the soft sands and sparkling waters of Waikiki’s world-famous beaches. Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, swim, snorkel, surf, or simply unwind, you’re in for an unforgettable experience in paradise.


Thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience, the air-conditioned unit (with AC in the living room only) features an open layout and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, kettle, toaster, dishes, cookware, silverware, and utensils. The bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen-size bed, a 32″ flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. It can be completely closed off from the living area for added privacy. The living room offers a pull-out sleeper bed, a 43″ Smart TV with cable, and a desk for any work or planning needs.


Step outside to your private balcony and take in the beautiful city views! With a table and 4 chairs, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Extras to make your stay even better include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.


All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. Plus, you’ll have easy access to laundry facilities on the 3rd floor. On-site parking is available for $35 per day, payable at the parking garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.


Don’t miss the rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor! Enjoy a sparkling pool, a relaxing Jacuzzi hot tub, and a rejuvenating sauna—all with panoramic views of Waikiki.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: (FRONT DESK)

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM 

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM 


Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 


HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.


CHECKOUT CLEANING: 

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.

There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.


STARTER SUPPLIES: 

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with – one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. 

Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. 


LINENS & TOWELS: 

We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows, and blanket inside the closet.


LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.


3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.


We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Transit

There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses are stopping in Waikiki.


Parking in the building is available for $30 per day (rates are subject to change), payable directly at the parking machine at the entrance of the parking garage after you drive up the ramp. Please have always your ticket visible in the car as your car might get towed if not.

Please note, that this condo accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (inclusive children), we cannot allow more people in this property.

Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately-owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours. We, and our owners, work hard to make sure everyone has a GREAT vacation, and managing a fleet of “mini-hotels” is MUCH harder than you would think. If you can be kind to our vacation rental, it makes our lives SO much easier.

Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway Realty before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.

Only people listed on the AirBnB listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation, there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.

Pool area. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities of the hotel shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. Parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present in the recreation area.

Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.

Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OVER THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF MANAGER, THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
