Le condo a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Cuisine bien équipée et on vous laisse tout le nécessaire pour débuter votre séjour (savon vaisselle, essuie-tout, etc). Également, tout le nécessaire pour aller à la plage (chaise, parasol, bodybord, jouets). À quelques pas de Waikiki Beach.

We love this property due to it's location and still has good price value. The pool and area on this property is excellent for sun tanning and then swimming. The room was well stocked for kitchen, pool and beach items. WiFi/wired internet and basic cable TV were also included in our price. Both services worked well. There is no telephone landline service in the room, so bring your cell phone with a roaming plan, if you from outside of the USA. We use T-mobile and the their signal was good everywhere.
Also, there is no safe, but this NOT an issue since there is digital door entry lock on unit door, so keys floating around. Easy access to public transportation and the Waikiki trolley stops. Easy walk to Waikiki beach with great sand, sun and surf all day. Also, beautiful sunsets.We highly recommend this property.

Loved the location- only a block from the beach and near the zoo and aquarium. Unit was clean and kitchen was well equipped. The beach chairs were great! Would stay here again. Front desk staff was very helpful and the one time we needed to contact the property manager, they were prompt in getting back to us.

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The location is in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The view, just outside the balcony and bedroom window, was spectacular and I enjoyed waking up to view the ocean. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed here for 11 nights. Condo is updated beautifully was exactly as pictured and extremely clean! We loved the location, just about a 4 min. walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for the first 5 days of our honeymoon as our home base to visit Waikki and do all the touristy things it had to offer. Perfect location for walking to so many food and shopping locations and not too far off the Highway. The condo was simply incredible. Superbly clean and the views were absolutely perfect. We loved waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise over diamond head. Anything you could imagine needing was provided and the beach chairs were were a huge amenity. If we are ever in Wakikki again we definitely will stay here again. Perfect corner unit, and perks it's right next to the laundry and trash on the floor, plus free parking was a huge savings for us. Thanks again for letting us stay in your condo!

Overall, the view was amazing, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had 5 people staying in this room and whilst it was a bit cramped, we made it work and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Would happily stay here again.

This place was great. It had everything you could need! The location was great, the condo was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was great. Christian was great and answered any/every question I had. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was a little bit tired and in need of a makeover.
The gardens were beautiful and immaculately maintained.
Overall this is a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend it.

The condo looks brand new, modern and beyond beautiful. They did an amazing job in the renovations.
The views from the lanai are incredible. The furniture is so very comfortable. And should you have any questions, they are answered immediately with very attentive rental property staff at Midway Realty.
The check in process was painless and easy. As was the check out. Do not hesitate when it comes to booking this amazing condo. You will not be disappointed.

Rental process was quick and easy, the place was nice and clean, great light and diamond head view. 34th floor a plus in my opinion. Several friends rented other apartments in the same condo at the same time and this one was the best.

This was our first time visiting Oahu and we were very pleased with our stay at the Pacific Monarch. We regularly took a stroll down to the beach and were able to pack light since the condo was so close. There are tons of activities available at the beach so you could easily spend a whole vacation in Waikiki, but we definitely recommend exploring the rest of the island.

Over all clean, staff friendly, quick check in, beautiful views of the mountains and ocean and we will definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at the Banyan several times before.....this time was as always everything we expected.

Great unit and very clean. Really nothing negative to say about the unit it self and the property manager. Wish it had a dishwasher but heard that unit dishwashers were banned from all the units. As far as building itself pros are that the unit is on the 8th floor and sometimes elevators get busy so i would recommend parking the car on the 5th floor and walking up 3 floors. We used the building pool few times and it was great. Did not use the bbq or tennis so cant comment on that. The location of the condo building is good in Waikiki.

I booked this property for a friend, so I can only go by what they said. Check In was easy. She said the condo was VERY nice and held 4 people comfortably. There is a company that manages this condo (Midway) I emailed them several times and they always answered promptly and were very nice and easy to work with-especially since I was renting for a third party. You may end up talking to a different person when you contact them each time. Everyone I talked with was easily able to pull up the reservation and answer questions. I never saw the unit but my friend was quite impressed.

Stayed at the Waikiki Banyan several times in the past and this time was as we expected, clean room with everything we needed and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Everything we were looking for.

The room was beautiful. Location was perfect.

Property was as described, no frills, basic property to get you through at a great price. Check in process was a breeze, parking was fine, overall this place is great for families at an affordable price. Although it away from the main area of Waikiki, this location offers an easy access away from traffic to get to other places.
