The property was just as described - and the views were amazing. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We reached out on one occasion with a question/issue and received an immediate response from Christian and he handled everything wonderfully!

I traveled with my husband and 3 children - so we used the pull-out couch in addition to the 2 beds. All of the beds were comfortable.
The property close to everything in Waikiki - beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. We loved having the beach chairs & cooler!

It was a the perfect unit for our stay! I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo Christian!

Can’t beat the location of this condo! It’s just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was also well equipped with cookware and appliances and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

From the beginning to end, our experience with both vrbo and the owner of this condo has been excellent. Our family felt comfortable and everything we needed within the condo was available. The use of body boards, umbrella and beach chairs was fantastic and so convenient.

was exactly what we needed - perfect place

We have 4 kids, so finding affordable accommodation for all of us can be tricky. This apartment was perfect for us, we used the sleeper sofa and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped so we could make our own breakfast and lunches. It was an easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. It was great to relax on the lanai with some drinks of an evening, and the kids enjoyed the pool and the boogie boards. Midway were wonderful allowing us a very early check in after our flight was rescheduled and we arrived much earlier than expected. Definitely recommend this place!

The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect for day trips to explore this beautiful island as well as for nearby beaches and restaurants.

The building and the pool area is well-maintained and clean, and parking was included.
The bed was very comfortable, the sofa as well, and memory foam pillows were such a nice touch. There is a window AC in the living room, and even though the bedroom doesn’t have AC, it has fans, and it was cool enough to sleep comfortably.

The kitchen was fully equipped (including a blender), and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a big plus.
We found beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler bag and some extra things for the beach that weren’t listed. In case you want to rent big paddle boards or other equipment for water activities, there’s a rental shop just a few min walk from the building.

The balcony is spacious, and the lounge chair was perfect to chill after the beach while watching the sunset or have my morning coffee watching the sunrise.

We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was there!

Having a grocery shop, ABC store, gas station nearby was very convenient as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The beach is just a few minute walk, across the street, and there are plenty of beautiful beaches within a short drive.

Communication with the management company was great, self check in and check out procedures were easy and went smooth.

Our stay at the Waikiki Banyan was Tip-Top. My family was encouraged and pleased by the extra amenities provided including treats and lotion and shampoo. All the instructions were very clear. As weary travelers we found ourselves quickly at home and comforted by the common necessitees found in the kitchen. In addition to the amazing views, the beds for very comfortable and we can't wait to return!

This was way better than expected. First of all the location is perfect. Tucked away from the busy S Kehei rd., but no longer than you can lay on the spacious terrasse and have a clear view of the sea. It only takes a couple of minutes and you're on the beach. Also, you have Natural Foods and ABC stores just a 3-minute walk away, so shopping is easy. I stayed in some hot days, and the AC worked perfectly. A little noisy but did the trick. The condo has all you need for the beach including paddleboards. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom is as shown. Al in all a great experience.

Lovely bright and light condo in handy Waikiki Banyan complex. No views to speak of (a small amount of ocean visible from deck) but sunny and modern and convenient to recreation level.

Roomy condo for family of 5, close to everything, did not need a car as it was easy to take bus or Uber when needed. Tons of restaurants, surf lessons, beach, shopping, all close by. Highly recommend!

the experience throughout is so easy and smooth, this place is beautiful and location is awesome, convenient to the beach, shop, zoo, restaurants, too bad that we didn't have enough time to dip in the pool, too much activity on the island for us to do, maybe next time! we will be back for sure!~

Aloha!! Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Banyan… I have rented many units here and this one is a very good one. Although it may be older and decor in terms of the kitchen. the unit is clean and well-kept. Check in process was very easy and we were all very comfortable Nice high floor with good Mountain View . Would definitely recommend and rent again .Mahalo!.

Very happy with the unit!
Had a fire in the building to add to our experience, with water coming in the unit and no power for 2 days, however, Evelina, Christian, Tina and Lena very helpful in compensating us.
Fortunately we did not need to leave the unit and had great communication during the event. Great people to work with.

From the time we walked into this beautiful condo we were overwhelmed with the view from the living room windows. We had a panoramic view of the beautiful Pacific ocean to the front, and a view of Diamondhead from the kitchen window. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and a convenient walk to the beach and restaurants. The king size bed in the bedroom was super comfortable and daughter said the sofa bed was also very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for simple meals and we were right next-door to the laundry room. Christine was very helpful, and answered our questions promptly via email. I would recommend this VRBO highly and would hope to book it again when returning to Oahu.
