Great location, just 20 mins from airport and 25 mins to beginning of Road to Hana. Condo all updated and very clean. Grocery store next door and great restaurants close by - we ate at Nalus, Paia Fish Market, Coconuts, Maui Pie(dessert), and Pico for breakfast - purple sweet potato pancakes! We loved having our own private beach(hardly anyone else there) in front of the condo and appreciated having chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. It was also helpful having an extra mattress under the bed since we had 2 large teens. Air conditioning units in bedrooms worked very well. Only suggestions for improvements would be to have AC turned on before we arrive, comfortable furniture on balcony, and some coffee would be nice. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this property. There was a great view of the ocean and it was a very short walk to the beautiful beaches. The bed was comfortable and there were boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach bag with towels for our use.

Perfect location, great, clean studio with a fantastic view ....you can see the beach, the mountains and everything in between! Short walk to the beach, International Market Place, great restaurants and stores....smack on the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, yet a quiet and relaxing studio.

Such a fabulous condo. Views amazing. Everything you need plus parking.
I made a mistake on getting the door code and they were so helpful and accommodating at a late hour.
I really highly recommend this property.
Very convenient and close to a fantastic beach

This Maui rental was fantastic, well equipped kitchen and the hosts supplied beach chairs, cooler and umbrella making the beach more enjoyable. Walk to Nanu’s One of the best Kihei restaurants.

We stayed here for our 25 year anniversary for 2 weeks. Our stay was exceptional. From the moment you you walk in you have ocean views of Waikiki from both the living room and bedroom. You also have a beautiful view of diamond head from your kitchen. Very clean and had everything we needed. Maholo for a wonderful stay.

Very easy to rent, clean property, right on beach and very quit. Close to lots of restaurants and shops!

We have stayed in the Banyan many times but this was the best condo yet. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and a lovely view.

Even though it was difficult to find the perfect place we were rewarded by finding this plce managed by Midway Realty. The feature that seperates this place from others is the free parking. We were close enough to the beach to walk all the way down the the Royal Hawaiian mall. and the easy access to H1 Fwy made getting places easy. The room was perfectly comfortable the view was good and the owner provided all the cooking and eating utensils a person could want. Thanks, me kealoha pumehana. Keith and Cheryl

Very nice place with all the amenities. Near Makena beach and shopping. We used the bbq one night which was perfect. It was quiet and clean. Would definitely go back.

This was the perfect condo for our stay in Oahu! Centrally located for all the activities that we wanted to do. Very clean with easy access in and out of the parking garage.

great location and wonderful ocean views. the bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. the kitchen was well stocked. i would defiantly stay at that unit again

Very clean, nice views and easy access to everything. Has lovely rooftop pool and spa and walking distance to most things in Waikiki. Only issue we had was with hotel manager who is not helpful to guests who didn’t book with him but the agents were fantastic to deal with. Room even has beach chairs and towels to use at beach as well as full cooking facilities and fast WiFi included in room with PayTV. Would stay there again. Thank you!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to rent this place for a week. It was more affordable than most hotels, it was absolutely spotless when we arrived, has a pool, sauna and laundry amenities, and it’s in walking distance to everything. The view was amazing to wake up to every morning and I love that the doors to the balcony open all the way up. Gorgeous little place. If we ever come back to Waikiki, we’re definitely staying here! Thank you guys so much. You really have an amazing little spot and we’re so lucky we got to stay for a week :)

Had a perfect stay here! the condo was clean,comfortable and close to the things we wanted to do in Waikiki. Waikiki is a tough place to find parking, but having the spot at the condo made it very easy. Access to management was easy and very helpful. My only issue was the bed was too soft for our taste. Other than that I would stay again.

Basic setup but what you need for 4 people. Parking is tight for a bigger vehicle. Main detractor is the drapes that are holey and let morning sun in. Toaster is also starting to go. Great communication from midway. Very easy check-in and clear communication. Thank you.
