Our experience at Waikiki Banyan was fantastic. Christian Brandalise was very helpful and punctual with all my questions and info required. Check in was easy, condo was full of everything we needed. Wonderful stay

This place was pictured spot on! True to description. Located 2 blocks from the zoo & beach. Parking is provided in the garage connected to the building. However if you’re driving, upon check in there’s no street parking for you to go get it. We went into the garage & took the ticket. Hang onto to it and just bring it with you along with the parking pass every time you enter/exit the garage. Front desk staff is very kind/friendly but if you have any questions call the contact # for this property directly. I had a question & they answered/addressed it promptly. The views are SPECTACULAR! From the room is Koko Head. From the pool on the 6th floor is the same plus Diamond Head to the right. The living space is roomy, clean, well furnished but dated. The bed is ultra comfy, the fold out not so much, but was fine for my kids. Bathroom is clean w/basic amenities, cute decor. They provide you with beach towels, mats, 2 beach chairs! It’s a seven minute walk to International Marketplace. One block to the nearest ABC store. They have washer/dryer, trash chute at the end of the hall on your floor. Minimart is on the 5th floor. There’s 3 elevators that didn’t take us long at all, but also we noticed as we checked out more people were coming in & the elevators had a wait. Guess it depends on foot traffic when you stay. Overall we would stay here again!

We really loved this condo. It is exactly like it shows in the pictures. The view is perfect. It is kept clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. There is a boggie board and beach chairs. We will recommend this property.

Excellent stay at this property and everything was as described in the listing. This unit had plenty of room for 3 adults + 6 month old to move around in. The kitchen is what made our stay the most enjoyable as we had so much room to move and the island was big enough to cook, eat and prepare every meal/happy hour. The apartment was clean with everything we needed including beach chairs and a pack and play which we were so grateful for! The pool was excellent for our little one and very clean as well. Some people have commented that wait times at the elevators were a problem at
times but we had no problem at all every day! We will stay at the Banyan Properties hands down again. Until next time! Mahalo!

We stayed for a week at this condo and it worked perfectly for our visit. We visited our son who moved to Kipahulu a year ago and we had a great time snorkeling, beach walking and dining out. Good location for us and accommodations worked well for privacy for all. The amenities in the condo were very much appreciated. We had a few noisy neighbors at times but all in all was a great stay. We contacted the management a couple times with questions and got quick responses.

The rental was well located two blocks from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The space was good for three people. The management company was very responsive. Overall a great place.

This was a great location for starters!!!! We love it and I loved all the lights from the buildings at night looked so beautiful! Very clean and reasonable affordability, will be booking again for sure! Thank you! Loved the roof top pool as well😊

A very quiet and quaint unit in north Kihei! Decent view of the ocean. The grounds are pretty and the pool is kept very clean. We used BBQ a few times and was easy to access. Beach and ocean are very close! Just steps from the pool area!

Very enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and had a nice home feel to it. All the necessary items you would need were in the kitchen and there was even a laundry basket. I was very thankful to have the beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The beach was a short walk from the unit, in fact we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Communication between the management company was also thorough. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Convenient downtown apartment that is close to everything with a great pool area and a convenient mini mart on the lobby floor. Parking is easy and very convenient. We loved it

We loved staying in this condo! The view is great, the location is convenient...an easy walk to the beach and all that Waikiki has to offer. The unit is pristine in cleanliness. The kitchen is well stocked, nice linens, the bed is comfortable (a rare find for us) and good beach equipment too. The ONLY thing that made it not absolutely perfect is there is no umbrella for the beach (us being picky), but the chairs were top notch. The management was so friendly and responsive when I had questions. There was construction taking place throughout our entire floor during our visit and we didn't hear a peep, it wasn't an issue at all. We highly recommend this unit. We spent half of our vacation on the North Shore and me, my husband and even our 6 year old son wished our North Shore accommodations were as well maintained and as nice as this one! Thank you, Christian!

This place had an awesome view! It was very clean and stocked with basic supplies. The location was great as well, just a short walk to the beach, shopping. etc... Very easy check-in and check-out. The management is very attentive and responds quickly. Very nice people to deal with. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the beach, but even better was how easily we could get to all other regions of the island. The parking space is fantastic if you rent a car to explore, which we did. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed my time on the balcony. We saved a lot of money by preparing many of our dinners in the kitchen.

Absolutely Perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 week vacation. Right from leaving us a coffee for the first morning. The view took my breath away every time we walked in for the entire 2 week stay. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. We used the BBQ'S twice which we normally never do and they were wonderful. We only used the pool and hot tub once as the beach is only a block away. The lanai was great to have a drink on and read a book. Unit was very quiet. The added view of the zoo and Diamond Head in the kitchen was a bonus. My husband was happy watching hockey some afternoons and we enjoyed the movies on tv in the evening. The beach chairs were great to take to the beach. Parking was wonderful. It was a fantastic vacation thanks for letting us rent it.

From the tag line, you might assume that we didn’t like the unit and in all fairness, you would be correct. We didn’t like it, we LOVED this place!

My better half’s (a.k.a. Management) only comment on our first night was that she wanted the throw blanket we had from home to warm her up a bit. The beach towel thoughtfully provided worked just as well and it saved me some needed suitcase space.

Everything else was just as described and the area is beautiful (as all of HI is!) and there were plenty of food choices, all very good, within walking distance as is a full grocery store.

The neighbors were very courteous and down right friendly. Seems many Canadians were escaping their winter “up Nawth dar” too.

All in all, this is a special place in a land of special places.

We would not hesitate to return back here again (and again, and again!)
