Awesome place to stay if you want a great view and location. Easy to get places and close to all the major attractions in Waikiki

We have stayed in the Banyon before and this was by far the best. It comes with all the amenities and has an incredible view of the water from the living room and bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful views, friendly staff and guests!! Parking pass was key.

Had everything we could have asked for.

The most important thing for me is clean and comfortable and this condo passes that test.

The views were great, could see diamond head, however looking the other way the sunset is blocked by other buildings. The king size bed was comfortable as was the couch.

We shopped at the food pantry which was a 10 minute walk and the store was suitable for our needs. We had a great view of the pool, barbecues although we didn’t use the barbecues there seemed to be available tables and enough bbqs. There is no table in the condo so you either eat at the counter or on the table on the lanai. The amount of dishes are limited to the number of people staying there so we ran the dishwasher most days. The dishwasher is tiny so that worked out okay.

The mention free parking a few times in the description. This is because parking in Waikiki is at a premium. The multilevel parking is monitored on entry so only people who paid, owned or rented came into the parking. There were lots of parking spaces.

I’d recommend the condo for two people.

Really close to walk to Waikiki and the beach. Got to see a free Hawaiian dance Saturday evening. Lots of places to eat. Be sure to go to Dukes! Parking was always easy to find in the garage! Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! For a small space it is laid out where could partition off and go from the bathroom to bedroom to dress if you wanted. Very nice feature! Cross ventilation was great! Never needed heat or a/c! Very quiet to be in the city!

Apartment was clean, had everything a family needed. Close to shops, beach and restaurants and even trolley stop. We have a 19yo and 17yo boys and they loved the pool, tennis courts and basketball court too. We thought being so close to the lift it would be noisy but it wasn't. We couldn't hear a thing. Laundry on every floor was very convenient also. It was perfect. The price compared to the hotels was amazing also.

We found this property to be ideal. Since it is on the city side of the building, the lanai is much cooler and quieter, therefore is useful all day and evening. There is a lovely night view of the city. The suite itself is well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. We would gladly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here another time. Our fellow travellers have already expressed their interest for their future trips.

We had a wonderful,relaxing stay at this beautiful, spacious and well-appointed property. The views were breathtaking, plus management was very responsive and easy to work with. The secure parking was a great amenity, along with easy check-in. Waikiki Banyan is located in a quieter part of town, yet still within walking distance to the beach, lots of shopping and many restaurants. We hope to visit again soon!

The room way grate not a single complaint! The view was amazing day and night, bed was supper comfortable didnt use the sofa bed. Kitchen had all nessury things to cook meals, fringe also had it's own ice mechanic. Room was supper clean. Having been my first time booking a condominium Christian was supper helpful answering any question promptly.

Waikiki Banyan Condo Reception area is very open, nice and friendly. The unit we, five adult family members, stayed at T-1 702. It was very close to downtown Honolulu, so we could walk to the beach and watch the sunset everyday. Parking was easy and convenient, and the parking lot attendants were very friendly and helpful. Midway property manages were helpful, and promptly resolved any issues we might have had, for example bringing a new coffeemaker to replace an old one. We all were pleased with our stay at the condo, and recommended several friends already. We certainly would like to stay at the same unit in the future.

Our stay in this unit at the Waikiki Banyon was wonderful! Excellent location, parking included, beautiful and clean unit, well stocked, super easy check in/check out, and very prompt communication with the rental agency. The unit is at the end of a quiet hall with the laundry facilities right next door. While we were there, there was some construction going on and water shut offs in the laundry, but they had no affect on us personally. We absolutely loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again!

P.S.- The views are ridiculously beautiful!

Our party enjoyed the condo very much. We prepared several meals in house, so the nice cookware and utensils provided were appreciated. The accommodations were just as represented, and it was nice and clean. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many great places. The nice condo added to our wonderful trip to Hawaii! We were sad we couldn't stay longer! I would definitely recommend this property!

Great layout of the whole complex! It felt private but also neighborly. So close to beach we just walked off the lawn and onto the beach.

We were extremely happy with our apartment. It was very nicely updated and had a view to the ocean. It included a kitchen with all cooking facilities, which was very handy for our family of five. It is surprisingly close to the beach with only a short walk down the road. We appreciated there being a beach chair and beach umbrella for our use too. We would highly recommend staying here.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean comfortable and we loved the location’s walkability! Very convenient.

This unit is in a great location - handy to beach, restaurants and shops. All within walking distance.
The unit was clean and tidy. We used the pull out sofa and the 2 double beds and all were comfortable.
Pool was great too.
Communication with Midway Realty was fantastic. We had all the information we needed ready at hand.
