This is a beautiful property with a lovely view and a convenient location. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were all beautiful and in great/new condition. We stayed here for our last 2 nights in Maui after spending time in Kaanapali, Makawao, and Hana. From Kihei, we visited Big Beach, which was a 17-minute drive. We took advantage of the grill for dinner our first night We had booked a snorkel tour from Maalaea Harbor which was a 20-minute drive. After a busy morning of snorkeling, we walked to the beach just down the street. We brought our snorkel gear just in case, and much to our surprise, there were 2 sea turtles close to the shore! There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance to choose from for our last night dinner out. It was also a comfortable distance to the airport for our return home. The only minor complaint is, the condo building is a bit of a maze and took a little time to get used to the numbering as well as walking up and down stairs to get to the unit. For us, the pluses far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

I stayed here for 9 nights with my 5 kids for a family reunion (My Dad is from Hawaii). It is very nice and looks just like it does in the pictures. They provided plenty of towels and all of the basic pots/pans, dishes etc. I made breakfast in the room most days to save money. There are also plenty of places within walking distance, including a McDonalds and Burger King.

There is a laundry room down the hall, it's $2/load and you can pay with quarters or through an app that I already had on my phone for vending machines.

The location is great! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short uber ride to some of the shows that we went to.

If you are travelling with children, I recommend bringing a fire stick/Roku or something like that, because PBS was the only kids channel on the TV.

My parents were staying at the Marriot across the street, so we used their pool, so we never used the one at this property, but it did look nice and my kids did play at the playground there one morning.

Definitely an excellent rental and the price was great for us.

We love this unit every single minute with ocean view and the view of St Augustine's church. This unit has a full kitchen with utility and is bright with sun light. It also has beach chairs, small surf boards, beach towels, and coolers; (no beach umbrella.)
The property management sent a following up email on the next day of our stay to ensure everything was fine and would reply back if you had a concern/question; it is a very professional way in doing business. We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful quiet property with the best of both worlds. It overlooks the ocean that is easily accessible and swimmable. The kids loved the pool and the evening sunsets. Great facilities and we used the BBQ most nights whilst the kids played in the pool.
Walkable to great shops/ restaurants and the Church, St. Theresa's is next door with a beautiful Sunday service.
The condo was clean and had everything we could need. A fabulous place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

Thank you for a great rental!! Exactly what we needed for our vacation. Gorgeous space! Just like the pictures. Responsive when I had questions. So nice to have a passcode rather than keeping track of the key. There were beach towels, two beach chairs and a boogie board for use. The unit is on the end, very quiet, right next to the laundry. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Grab this unit up if it is available for your vacation dates!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time here. The condo was close to shops, restaurants, beaches. The condo was well stocked with what we needed. The pool was not open during the week we stayed due to remodel in pool area, but we were at the beach everyday anyway. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the lanai and ocean views. Thank you!

I was very pleased with our stay at 812 Waikiki Sunset. The room was very nice and the location was perfect! It was close to the beach, zoo and aquarium, and not as crowded as other areas on Waikiki beach.
We also received great service.

Very happy with the stay for the following reasons:
- Convenience location: 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 mins walk to International market
- clean and neat apartment with fully equipped kitchen stuffs.
- Partial ocean view from the balcony

This vacation rental has been amazing for our family of 6. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for making meals. It is very clean and has all the towels you’ll need for both the pool/beach and showers. The beds are comfortable and even the hide a bed was good. We would definitely use this vacation rental in the future and highly recommend it to anyone!

My family of 4 recently stayed in this unit for 9 nights. It was exactly as advertised and the views were breathtaking! The building is a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The grocery store was a short drive. We were extremely impressed with the entire suite and especially the price! We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great experience!

Great place and amazing views! Everything you needed was provided to make it feel at home. Very close to the beach and great food at just about every block!

This place was very nice & extremely comfortable for three adults! The place is centrally located & has a great view. We plan on coming back!

Well maintained End Unit with good views of Ocean out front window and view of Diamond Head out kitchen window. Good value, 5 minute walk to beach , parking included a plus. You won't be disappointed and when I return to Honolulu I would look to see it is available. Extremely easy check in/ check out process exactly as described by property manager.

I loved this condo! I felt comfortable and home. The view of Honolulu at night was stunning from the lanai. Being on the 36th floor was absolutely enchanting and my daughter, who was in port post deployment, enjoyed an evening with her mom that was unforgettable. I loved the place and the location. The only negative was that the building's elevators were limited and very crowded, but owner had no control over that. The condo was spotless, and well cared for. Directions for parking were a bit confusing at first, but once understood, easy as pie. Thank you for what made an unforgettable vacation even more fabulous, and a great homecoming for a young sailor post first deployment.

We stayed in this unit for two and a half weeks. It is by far the best equipped rental that I have ever stayed in. The owners were wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to even the smallest detail. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards and toys and towels for use in the bin on the lanai. This saves tons of money!! The only problem is the stairs that you cannot avoid, but we didn't mind a bit. The whole complex is a little difficult to figure out (where the rooms are), but once you do it is a breeze. Wholeheartedly recommend this unit!

Nice apartment with great views. The super king bed was very comfortable, and had views of the sea from the bed. We traveled with our 2 sons 13 and 11 years. Our 13 year old slept on the pullout sofa bed, and 11 year old slept on foam mattresses on the floor. The realty company did provide an additional 3rd mattress, as he was sinking through to the ground, so do not hesitate to ask, as they are very quick to attend to your needs. The kitchen had a huge oven, and fridge, great for all meals for a holiday. The air conditioning in the unit kept the apartment cool, it was too noisy at nighttime for us to have on due to the boys sleeping in the lounge. There is a laundry down the hallway. Close to the beach, only a block and a half away, and only a 10 minute walk to main Waikiki. It is handy for the main bus route . I loved sitting on the balcony watching the surfers, and the boats going past.

Great location - easy access to the beach. Property and the condo complex is well maintained and homey. The lonely planet guide book is very helpful. Thank you. Maui is beautiful - hope we’ll be back soon!

Lovely apartment. Super clean and very well stocked with everything you could want including boogie boards, lots of beach towels, blender, rice cooker, coffee machine, kettle, good wifi, aircon and celing fans and even the instruction manuals for electrical equipment is provided. Quality mattresses, linen and dinnerware. Great location close to waikiki beach and to buses to diamond head and beyond. Would definitely stay again next time.
